A pirate who looks ready to rush aboard and commit murder and robbery can be fashioned 0f nothing more formidable than Cut-out H654, a fold of orange crepe paper cut into a narrow fringe, and some black mounting board.
Because it’s Hallowe’en anowl (H551) may take the place of “Captain Flint.”
The foundation to which this pirate is attached is a clothes tree
Another pirate may stand in menacing attitude in a doorway or window. He, too, is made of a Cut-out H655, fringed crepe paper and black mounting board.
