Sweet Pea Crepe Paper Costume
Materials Needed (6 year old size):
2 Folds No. 45 Moss Green Crepe.Paper
1 Fold Crepe Paper selected for flowers
1 Spool No.2 Wire
The foundation of this costume may be either fringe as pictured or rows of narrow ruffles. Sprays of natural size flowers and an enlarged one for the hat complete it. You can find instructions for making crepe paper hats here. Almost any small flower may be carried out using this design.
