Valentine Themed Crepe Paper Costume
Materials Needed

Four thicknesses of fringe, cut across the grain of the crepe are sewed to a slip over foundation at the waist. Four strips of Decorated Border, cut in points at
top and bottom, are fastened at the shoulder sand hang straight down, front and
back. The headdress is a band of cardboard covered with gold paper trimmed
with red gummed hearts and a large cardboard heart and gold arrow.
