Rose Crepe Paper Costume (Slip-Over)

The foundation of this costume differs a bit from a regular slip-over. It is a straight band and the rose petals are sewed in place along one edge. Shoulder
straps are sewed in place at the top.
The hat is made of double rose petals without any foundation. The petals are pasted together part way down to make the bonnet shape. The stem is wire wrapped several times with crepe paper to make it the right thickness.
